About the Role:

Reed Legal are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Legal Counsel to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor to play a key role in providing strategic legal advice across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, compliance, data protection, and employment law.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Support internal stakeholders with legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Ensure the business complies with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and industry-specific legislation.
Liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.

About You:

Qualified solicitor with experience in a commercial legal environment.
Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
