Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Learning & Development Apprentice to help enhance the employee learning experience.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…

– Support the planning, coordination and delivery of training within the organisation

– Organise and maintain training records and documentation across internal systems

– Manage communications on the L&D intranet site, ensuring content is always up to date

– Gather and analyse learning data

– Produce reports and insights to improve training content and delivery

– Complete a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner qualification as part of your role

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

– You’re passionate about people development, training or HR

– You have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

– You’re a confident communicator, both written and verbal

– You are comfortable using Microsoft office – especially Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
