Reed is offering an exciting opportunity for a junior candidate to join a dynamic and forward-thinking finance company based in Blackburn as an Administrator. This is the perfect entry-level role for someone looking to build a career in asset management and financial services.
With full training provided through their in-house academy, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. You’ll work closely with the Internal Sales Team and other departments, providing essential operational and administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the sales team by managing customer records and documentation within the CRM system
Preparing and submitting finance documentation to lenders with accuracy and efficiency
Learning about financial products and services to support client interactions
Assisting in the creation of sales reports and performance summaries for management
Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of client requests
What We’re Looking For
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and building relationships
Confident using IT systems (CRM, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new tools
Detail-oriented with good numerical skills and a proactive mindset
Eager to learn and grow within the asset finance industry
Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
