Junior Account Manager – Corporate Travel
Remote (UK)
We’re working with a leading travel management company known for exceptional service and strong client relationships. They’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team and support a portfolio of corporate clients.

This is a fantastic step for someone from a Business Travel Consultant background who enjoys building relationships and delivering service that makes a difference. This is a great first step into Account Management.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing a small portfolio of corporate clients – you will be the first point of contact
75% of your time will be making bookings 25% of your time will be working with the client to improve service – running reports, checking quality reviews etc..
Providing a consistently high standard of service
Supporting regular review meetings and account engagement
Spotting opportunities to enhance service and retain business
Collaborating with consultants and internal teams

What you’ll bring:

It is essential that you have over 3 years’ Business travel consultancy experience
Confident communication and great attention to detail
Good Commercial Acumen
Strong organisational skills
