IT Business Analyst

We’re currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for a 3-month contract based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to key digital transformation initiatives.
Your new role

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyse and map current and future state processes
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define solutions
Support testing, training, and implementation phases
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

What you’ll need to succeed

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Skilled in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience in digital transformation or system implementation projects
