About Us
We are a Hong Kong-headquartered asset-management group with £12 bn AUM across public-equity, private-equity and real-assets strategies. Hong Kong is our Asia-Pacific hub—home to portfolio management, client servicing and new-capital origination. As we scale our regional footprint, we are recruiting an Investor Relations Executive to deepen dialogue with existing LPs and broaden our outreach to family offices, sovereign funds and private-bank channels.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, APAC, you will be the first point of contact for investors in Greater China and South-East Asia, ensuring they receive clear, timely and insightful communication.
Key responsibilities
Craft quarterly factsheets, slide decks and bespoke analytics packages.
Manage earnings-season call logistics, webcasts and Q&A scripting.
Track market perceptions, sell-side research and peer valuations; prepare briefing notes for senior leadership.
Coordinate non-deal roadshows, conferences and on-site due-diligence visits (c.20 % regional travel).
Maintain the IR section of the corporate website and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Support fundraising initiatives for new funds, including DDQs, RFPs and pitch materials.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haveNice-to-haveBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.Professional designation (CFA, CPA, CAIA or similar).3 + years’ experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or capital-markets communications.Exposure to alternatives (PE, real estate or infrastructure).Native-level written and spoken English; business Mandarin or Cantonese.Experience with InDesign, IR web-hosting platforms and CRM (e.g. Dynamo, DealCloud).Advanced Excel / PowerPoint; ability to translate financial data into clear narratives.Network among Hong Kong family offices or private-bank gatekeepers.Strong stakeholder-management and deadline discipline.Familiarity with HKEX, FCA and SFC disclosure regimes.
