Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across sectors, with a focus on industrials.
Develop and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal documentation.
Conduct market and industry research to support deal origination and execution.
Collaborate with senior bankers and mentor junior team members.
Engage with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 4-7 years in investment banking, ideally with exposure to industrials transactions.
