Investment Analyst / Senior Investment Analyst – Macdonald & Company

An entrepreneurial, privately backed UK property investment and asset management platform is looking for an Investment Analyst (or Senior Analyst) to join its growing team. The role offers direct exposure to acquisitions, asset management and development projects across multiple sectors, with the chance to work closely with senior decision-makers in a high-responsibility environment.

Key responsibilities

Support origination, screening and execution of real estate investment opportunities across London and the regions
Build and interpret detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV)
Support due diligence and transaction execution.
Contribute to asset and development management activities
Assist with investor reporting and portfolio performance monitoring.
Significant responsibility and visibility working closely with senior decision-makers.

Background & Experience

1–3 years’ relevant experience (real estate investment, real estatet asset management or corporate finance)
Strong academic background (numerical degree, 2:1 or above)
Deal track record in UK real estate.
Proven analytical and financial modelling capability.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset
