Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and performance tracking
Maintain accurate accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
Support internal and external audit processes
Collaborate with operational teams to understand cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities

Requirements: As a Management Accountant, you will need…

A recognised accounting qualification or be part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally in a fast-moving or evolving business
Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as Sage, Oracle, SAP, or similar
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to explain financial information clearly
A proactive and hands-on approach, with a willingness to get involved across the finance function
