Inbound Sales Consultant

Location: Southend

Salary: £24,525 training bonus (£210/month for first 6 months) uncapped commission (OTE £30k–£40k+)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing expert, empathetic service to customers, including those with pre-existing medical conditions.
Building rapport, resolving queries, and guiding customers through policies with care.
Meeting sales and service targets while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
Collaborating with your team to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.

Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.

Confidence working towards sales and service targets.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

Working Hours:

Flexibility is required across operating hours once training is complete:

Mon–Fri: 8:30am–8:00pm

Sat: 9:00am–5:30pm

Sun: 10:00am–5:00pm

You’ll work 1 in 2 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday), with a day off during the week in lieu.
