Description

Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and financial analysis.
Prepare financial models and valuation reports to assess potential opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration post-acquisition.
Provide strategic advice on financial implications of potential transactions.
Monitor market trends and identify new M&A opportunities within the professional services industry.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements during transactions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Assist in negotiations and coordinate with external advisors when necessary.

Profile

A successful In-House M&A professional should have:

A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally with exposure to mergers and acquisitions or Transaction services
A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Sound knowledge of the professional services industry.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
