CRA Consulting is exclusively partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing bridging loan business based in Chesterfield. With cutting-edge technology at its core, the company is expanding its in-house legal team and now seeks a talented Commercial Property Paralegal to support its growing caseload.

The Business
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. The legal team is lean, agile, and tech-driven – with LEAP case management and AI-powered tools enabling streamlined processes and quick decision-making.

The Role
You will work closely with the in-house legal counsel and operational teams on a wide range of matters, including:

Supporting on commercial and residential property transactions
Preparing and reviewing legal documents relating to secured lending and bridging finance
Assisting with leasehold, freehold, and title matters
Liaising with lenders, brokers, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
Providing day-to-day legal administrative support to the legal and credit teams

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for:

Experienced property paralegals (commercial or mixed residential/commercial)
Previous exposure to secured lending, land transactions, or bridging finance is desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-led environment
Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills

Location & Flexibility

Based in Chesterfield with free on-site parking
Close to rail and motorway links
Hybrid working available (2-3 days per week in office)

£25,000 to £35,000 basic salary (DOE)
