Key Responsibilties

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across the organisation.
Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and academic departments to identify project needs and priorities.
Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes, reporting progress to key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific standards.
Analyse HR data to inform project decisions and measure impact.

About You

Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within the education or public sector.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.
