Job highlights

Lead the day-to-day operations of the high school, ensuring seamless coordination across academic and administrative areas
Supervise and mentor teaching staff through regular, constructive performance evaluations aligned with school timelines

The ideal candidate

Degree in Education; Master’s degree is preferable
Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role
Excellent presentation abilities
Strong written and administrative skills
Knowledge of school administrative processes
Attention to detail
Great presentation and communication skills
Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
Crisis management and Problem-solving skills
Experience with the American Curriculum will be advantageous
