Head of Lettings

Dove & Hawk are working with a growing, luxury estate agency in the heart of Prime Central London. With a boutique, client-first approach and ambitious plans for expansion, they’re now looking for an experienced Head of Lettings / Lettings Director to take ownership of and scale the lettings division.

You’ll lead and grow the lettings department, winning prime instructions, increasing revenue, and building a high-performing team. Initially hands-on with viewings, valuations, and business development, you’ll gain autonomy to hire a Lettings Negotiator once 10-15 instructions are secured. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the department alongside the founders, reflecting the company’s values of integrity, energy, and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of and expand the lettings department across Prime Central London.
Conduct valuations, win instructions, and bring on stock in PCL.
Drive business development via canvassing, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Handle client relations, viewings, and negotiations in the early stages.
Build and lead a high-performing team, with the authority to make your own hires.
Implement and execute strategy in close collaboration with the business owners.
Contribute to the overall business growth and management portfolio development.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a senior lettings role within Prime Central London.
Strong track record of securing instructions and growing a pipeline in PCL.
Deep understanding of the PCL lettings market and client expectations.
Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial approach to scaling a department.
Experience managing or mentoring team members (or readiness to step into leadership).
Strong business development skills, client service, and negotiation abilities.
High levels of professionalism, integrity, and ambition.

Salary Budgets: £50,000 – £75,000 basic (DOE) / £150,000+ OTE

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (flexible)
Saturdays: By appointment only
