Head of Compliance

Oliver James have partnered with a renowned entity in the Investment industry. They are seeking a seasoned professional to join their team as the Head of Compliance.

This is a PCF-12 regulated position under the Central Bank of Ireland’s regulatory framework

What you can expect:

Lead the Compliance Function, ensuring regulatory adherence across all operations.
Oversee AML/CTF, sanctions, market abuse surveillance, and KYC/onboarding.
Manage regulator engagement and handle suspicious transaction reporting.
Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Deliver compliance advice, support projects, and train staff on regulatory risks.
Produce reports for leadership and mentor junior compliance team members.

What you need to apply:

5+ years in compliance, ideally as PCF-12 & 52 in a MiFID investment firm
Strong knowledge of financial markets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
