Growth Lead – Northampton – £50,000-£60,000

We’ve just partnered with an innovative tech start-up based in Northampton that’s looking for a Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of growth initiatives and make a real impact at a company that’s scaling quickly.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and product-led initiatives

Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, optimise campaigns, and report on key metrics

Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention

Test and implement new growth experiments, from paid campaigns to referral programs and viral initiatives

Lead a small team or work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact growth projects

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in growth, performance marketing, or a similar data-driven role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies

Experience across digital channels, including paid media, email, SEO, and social

Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving start-up environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills
