With a growing finance team and the opportunity to work in a busy and challenging environment as a Financial Accountant. Based in Central London with a hybrid working policy this is a fanastic opportunity to join a FTSE listed building.

Your new role

As a key member of the Financial Accounting team your role will include:

Managing asset balance sheets and bank reconciliations
Supporting month-end processes
Preparing statutory financial statements and quarterly VAT returns
Working closely with asset management teams
Monitoring asset performance vs. business plans
Producing regular and ad hoc internal and JV reports, including lender reporting
Supporting acquisition and disposal processes
Driving continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and data analytics
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you need

ACA or ACCA Qualified within a mid-size or large audit firm
Real Estate development or investment experience
Strong communication and relationship building
Financial accounting and financial controls experience
Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
