Are you a creative, detail-oriented designer ready to progress your career in a fast-paced, visually driven business?

Tildenet, a market leader in gardening, construction, sport and horticultural products, is looking for a talented and organised Graphic Designer to join our growing team playing a key role in helping to shape and enhance our digital assets across our numerous B2B and D2C channels including the Agriframes brand in the UK & US.

Working within a collaborative, dynamic, and passionate marketing team, you’ll help bring our products to life through compelling digital assets that drive engagement and conversion. Based in South Bristol, we value in-person collaboration but offer a hybrid working model to support work-life balance.

Your role at a glance:

Design vibrant digital visuals for emails, social media, and websites

Optimise product images to maximise conversions across e-commerce channels

Ensure consistency and excellence by working within brand guidelines

Assist with planning and supporting product and lifestyle photoshoots

Use AI tools to create and enhance image content

Maintain an organised and efficient digital asset library

Keep up-to-date with design trends and new digital tools

Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure on-time delivery

What we’re looking for:

Strong photo editing and digital design skills

Understanding of editorial-quality brand imagery

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Experience working with website content management systems (Shopify is a plus!)

Detail-focused, highly creative, and super organised

Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with product/studio photography

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Video editing using Premiere Pro
