Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating stakeholder and client visions into compelling visual content. You’ll be responsible for designing across apparel, digital, and print platforms, with a strong focus on website marketing and social media content that drives engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Design custom graphics for apparel collections, including t-shirts, jerseys, and accessories, based on client briefs and stakeholder input.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand creative direction, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
Create engaging social media content (static and motion) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and revise based on feedback to ensure alignment with brand and client goals.
Work closely with product development and production teams to ensure designs are print-ready and technically sound.
Stay informed on trends in sportswear, streetwear, and digital marketing to keep designs fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, sportswear, or agency environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing client-driven design work, especially in apparel, branding, and digital content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience designing for web and social media platforms with an understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with clients and stakeholders.
Understanding of apparel production processes including screen printing, embroidery, and sublimation.
