Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £24-27K Basic + Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
Meeting clients and candidates face to face
Account Management
Interviewing candidates
Building relationships with existing and new clients
Networking
Negotiating
Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

The Requirements:

2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
Outstanding organisational skills
Strong work ethic , must have worked throughout University part time
A financially motivated individual
