We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented General Administrator to join a team of seasoned professionals, specialising in the processing of financial claims. This role is primarily focused on case management and written correspondence via email, with no requirement for telephone communication.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident with written communication and enjoys keeping things organised and accurate. The office is bright, modern and full of friendly people who work together to support one another.
Day-to-day of the role:
Review and process claims related to car finance.
Handle all case correspondence through emails, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information to process claims efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards in the processing of claims.
Monitor and report on the status of pending claims and any issues encountered.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in claims processing or a related field.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to handle all case correspondence via email.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in using office and database software for record keeping and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience with GDPR handling and knowledge
