Well established and popular hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead their vibrant Food & Beverage team, driving excellence in service, profitability, and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead with Impact: Take full ownership of the quality and profitability of all food and beverage operations.
Inspire & Develop: Motivate and train a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engaging hospitality and continuous improvement.
Drive Results: Collaborate with senior leaders to review performance, set targets, and implement strategies that boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Innovate & Elevate: Stay ahead of trends, develop marketing initiatives, and ensure our offerings remain stylish, contemporary, and high-quality.
Operational Excellence: Manage stock, payroll, and rostering efficiently, ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal standards.
Guest Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere, lead from the front, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in managing restaurant and bar operations within a fine dining environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to energise and inspire teams.
Commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and quality.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of health & safety, licensing laws, and allergen management.
