Financial Controller – Corporate Finance – Financial Reporting

My client, a leading Investment Bank, are seeking a Financial Controller to help analyse key performance figures, across three designated business areas, such as Profit and expenses against the department’s budget. The candidate would also be responsible for managing a small team and providing input into the strategic direction of the business lines being reported.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse key performance figures for the designated business areas (Leverage, Real Estate & NAV Finance)
Produce efficient reporting, summarising key data and analytics
Provide input into the area’s strategy, based on reporting metrics
Manage a small team

Key Skills and Experience:

Demonstrable experience of working within a Financial Controller position
Experience of managing a small team
Any exposure to Leverage Finance (LBO), Real Estate Finance or NAV Finance would be extremely advantageous – but wider Corporate Finance would suffice
Good knowledge of working with data, to produce key reports and spreadsheets
