We are a well-established and respected hospitality brand with a strong presence in the Warwick area, offering premium experiences across our hotel, restaurant, and event venues. With a firm commitment to service excellence and continuous growth, we are now seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Financial Controller to take ownership of our financial operations.

The Role:

As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and the development of internal control policies and procedures. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with department heads to ensure financial efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
Liaise with external auditors and manage audits
Support strategic planning and business development through financial insight
Manage and mentor a small finance team

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years in a financial controller or senior finance role
Strong background in the hospitality or leisure sector (highly desirable)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Hands-on, practical approach with strong leadership abilities
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools (e.g., Sage, Xero, Excel)
