Finance Manager – WSS Partners

Our client, a global Real Estate Investment Manager, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to be based in their London office. Working alongside the European Finance Manager, you will be working on a growing portfolio which asset classes include commercial, retail, industrial and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Review monthly local reporting packs with supporting schedules, bank reconciliations, statutory financial statements and assist the Finance Manager in preparing the year end audit schedules and year-end reporting pack
Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial forecasts and oversee interbank fund transfers.
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting – you will support the Finance Manager during the year end statutory audits and internal audit processes. It’s not mandatory you have experience doing this.
As part of the wider Finance function, you will help to prepare/review/submit regulatory filings such as statutory accounts, VAT, Corporate Income Tax and Withholding Tax.
This role requires an individual to hold a formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and would suit someone who’s 3-5 years post qualified.

The office is based in London and the role is 3 days per week in the office. Salary £70,000 – £80,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
