Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid – Camberley
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: 3-month contract initially
Rate: £300 – £320 per day umbrella inside IR35

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver accurate management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions across multiple entities
Work with large volumes of data to support financial reporting and analysis
Collaborate with IT to automate manual finance processes and improve system workflows
Support multi-currency operations, including AED, EUR, GBP, USD, and MYR
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Liaise with external stakeholders as needed

Skills / Experience required:

Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
Proficiency in Xero accounting software
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
Previous involvement in finance systems automation projects
Experience working in a multi-company environment
Strong understanding of management accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
