Our client are an accounting, data and consultancy business that has ambitious plans for growth. Having won numerous awards and clients over recent years for their unique approach, they are now looking for a recently qualified Senior Accountant, Management Accountant or Outsourcing Senior to join their team.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with just handful of fast growth companies, whilst acting as their Finance Manager / Controller to deliver meaningful business improvement advice and management information to business owners and finance leaders. The firm offer a value and improvement driven service opposed to purely processing their compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities of this Senior Management Accountant / Assistant Manager role;
Support and consult clients on the transformation of their finance function.
Design and build new finance systems for clients, improving processes with the use of modern technology.
Oversee a small team of more junior colleagues, supporting with queries as required.
Play an active part in the management of clients finance functions, reviewing month-end activities, management commentaries, management accounts and statutory tasks such as year-end accounts and tax.
Be a key contact for clients, advising and answering queries on their financials.
Deliver clear management information to enable clients to make critical business decisions.
You
ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified.
Recent experience within a practice / client service environment is essential.
Good working knowledge of bookkeeping, management accounts and finance processes.
Experience with accounting packages such as Xero and QuickBooks as well as other cloud-based software
Willingness to develop client base
