An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, global entertainment company at the forefront of film, television, live events, and digital storytelling. The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in the preparation of financial reports, month-end close, audit processes, and financial administration. You’ll bring an analytical mindset, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to support a variety of finance functions during a critical phase of business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and supporting documents in line with GAAP and IFRS
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures
Prepare reconciliations and financial reports
Ensure appropriate accruals are accounted for across reporting periods
Recommend and implement process improvements
Support external audits and tax compliance
Oversee financial administration including entity and bank account management
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and finance initiatives
About You
Part-qualified (or working toward qualification) preferred
3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within the entertainment sector
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Proficient in Excel and data handling
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
Clear communicator, both written and verbal
Eager to learn, solution-focused, and adaptable
