Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with experience using Qube property management software? We’re looking for a skilled Finance Clerk to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations across our property portfolio.

We are recruiting for a leading property management firm with a strong reputation for excellence, transparency, and innovation. The team manages a diverse and growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties, and rely on robust financial systems—like Qube—to deliver exceptional service.

You Role:

As a Finance Cerk, you’ll support the finance function with day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure the smooth running of financial processes, particularly through the effective use of Qube.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and maintain financial data using Qube software
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and client accounts
Assist with service charge and ground rent invoicing
Prepare and post journal entries and month-end adjustments
Support the preparation of financial reports and audits
Liaise with property managers and clients regarding account queries
Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a finance/accounts role
Proficient user of Qube property management software (essential)
Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Experience in property or real estate finance is a plus
Ongoing training and professional development
