About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who is close to qualification and eager to step into a Finance Business Partner role. This position is ideal for someone with just a couple of exams remaining who wants to gain hands-on business partnering experience in a fast-paced, growing organisation.

Working closely with senior finance leaders and operational teams, you will provide financial insights, support decision-making, and play a key role in driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial analysis and guidance.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Analyse project performance, margins, and cost drivers to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare monthly management information, including variance analysis and insightful commentary.
Support the development of KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.
Contribute to pricing strategies, tender reviews, and investment appraisals.
Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders, promoting financial awareness across the business.

About You

Part-qualified/Finalist
Previous experience in management accounts, FP&A, or business partnering is desirable.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems is a bonus.
