Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Salary: Up to £43,000
Location: Fully remote
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic team within a forward-thinking organisation. This is a key role that involves linking financial management with strategic objectives, providing financial reporting, managing budgets, and advising on capital and resource allocation to senior leadership.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across various departments to maintain strong relationships between finance and central support functions. In this capacity, you will drive performance, enhance financial understanding, and ensure effective allocation of resources. Additionally, you will offer advice on the latest innovations in finance technology, automation, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leaders, particularly the Chief Operating Officer, and other department heads to provide financial guidance and support.
Lead financial planning, reporting, and budgeting activities.
Advise on strategic financial decisions, including capital expenditure and resource allocation.
Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in finance. technologies, including AI, automation, and business intelligence tools.
Use financial data to drive business performance and influence decision-making.
Provide insight into complex financial data, making it accessible and actionable for non-finance stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
Key Requirements:

Qualifications:
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is essential.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and budgeting, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with finance/ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Familiarity with business analytics tools such as PowerBI.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrable business partnering experience and a strong understanding of financial strategy.
Experience working in a charitable/non-profit organisation.
