Family Law Solicitor

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in SouthYorkshire, which is in need of a Family Solicitor.

The firm is open to Individuals with 3-5 year PQE in Family Law.

They can pay a salary of £35,000 – £55,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Family Solicitor:

Stay updated on legislative changes, case law, and best practice in family law and financial remedy.
Attend at Court, mediations and meetings and preparing detailed notes and minutes as required
Handle a caseload of complex financial disputes, including high-net-worth and business asset matters.
Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents

About you as a Family Solicitor:

Strong attention to detail.
Excellent IT Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of UK family law, especially in financial remedies.
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 year PQE in Family Law.
