The Role

In this varied position, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of daily workplace operations, ensuring the environment is efficient, welcoming, and fully functional. Typical responsibilities will include:

Setting up and configuring meeting rooms for daily business needs and events
Liaising with catering teams to ensure smooth food service and hospitality support
Assisting with desk moves, desk set-ups, and small relocations of equipment
Supporting goods-in and general facilities tasks during busy periods
Carrying out ad-hoc non-skilled maintenance and operational support duties
