The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a specialist defendant personal injury team. This is an opportunity to work on high-value, complex injury claims within a progressive motor injury practice that supports a wide range of insurer and corporate clients.

You’ll play a key role in supporting senior lawyers, managing critical case tasks, and contributing to creative solutions that make a real difference to outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting on complex and high-value Chronic Pain cases.
Handling disclosure, medical records, expert instructions, CRU registration, and bundles for counsel.
Acting as first point of contact with clients, experts, and claimant solicitors.
Managing timetables and key dates to keep cases moving.
Supporting investigations and contributing to overall strategy.
Building technical expertise through ongoing training and research.
Maintaining accurate management information and case documents.

About you

Previous experience of litigated bodily injury claims.
Strong interest in complex and catastrophic injury work.
Commercially aware with the ability to see the bigger picture for clients.
Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
Collaborative and team-oriented with a flexible approach.
Creative problem solver who can adapt to change.
