The Role

We are seeking a Professional Property Photographer who is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and skilled Floorplanner to join our growing team as area support. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives on creating outstanding property marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph residential and commercial properties to a high professional standard
Produce accurate and clear 2D floorplans
Conduct EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) assessments in line with industry regulations
Liaise with clients, agents, and homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
Upload media and complete documentation for submission within strict deadlines

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in property photography and the property marketing industry
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with current accreditation
Experience creating floorplans
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong time-management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital editing tools
Due to the mobile nature of the role, candidates should be located within or close to our operational area.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of Matterport or other 360° tour systems
Experience with video walkthroughs
