Employed: £120,000+ Year One On-Target Earnings

The Role
As a senior Commercial Finance Broker, you will:
Advise and structure bespoke lending solutions across a full spectrum of commercial finance
Lead large, complex transactions for HNW and UHNW clients
Handle high-quality internal referrals from 80+ Residential Advisers
Leverage our network to originate and convert new opportunities
Collaborate with introducers and internal stakeholders to build strategic, profitable relationships
Cross-sell relevant services and manage ongoing client relationships
What We Are Looking For
Proven Track Record: At least five years of commercial finance experience, ideally at a senior or leadership level
Impressive Deal History: Consistent delivery of high-value, complex cases — particularly within development finance, bridging, or asset-backed lending
Commercial Confidence: You can hold your own with property developers, investors, corporate borrowers, and professional introducers
Drive and Gravitas: Hungry, proactive, and motivated to push boundaries — with the polish to match a HNW client base
Strategic Thinking: Not just a case processor — you think in terms of revenue growth, client lifecycle value, and professional reputation
Qualifications & Requirements
Full CeMAP or RO6 qualification
Minimum five years’ experience in commercial mortgages or specialist lending
Demonstrable success working with high-value borrowers and introducers
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and deal management skills
Remuneration Structure
Employed Option:
Year One OTE: £120,000+ (base plus bonus)
Clear and achievable performance model — standard 4x revenue validation
Senior-level support, qualified leads, and structured growth path
Self-Employed Option:
Six-figure earnings potential from Year One
