Native-level French and strong English (both written and verbal)

Confidence managing senior clients and internal stakeholders

Experience delivering international events (UK, Europe, North America)

Strong tech skills (Microsoft Office; Cvent or similar platforms a plus)

Calm, organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach

Willingness to travel for site visits and event delivery across France, the US, and Canada

What’s on Offer

Competitive salary (£40-45k, depending on experience)

Remote-first culture with regular team offsites

Autonomy and trust from day one

A values-led, collaborative team committed to growth without burnout

A meaningful role with a company that recognises events are built by people – imperfect, human, and doing their best together

Others Benefits We Offer

25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays)
Private healthcare coverage
Birthday leave – enjoy a paid day off on your special day
Home broadband allowance – £30/month
Remote Equipment Allowance: up to £400 to create a comfortable and productive home office (in addition to your company laptop)
