A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected estate agency at their busy Smethwick office. This is a great role for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the sales process from instruction to completion
Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to buyers and vendors
Negotiating offers and closing deals with confidence and professionalism
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Prospecting for new business opportunities
Working closely with the Valuer and Branch Manager to meet branch targets
Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous estate agency experience is essential, ideally in a senior role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Confident, driven, and target-oriented
A team player with a professional and personable approach
Knowledge of the local market is desirable
Full UK driving licence and own car required
