Estate Agent – Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone who has 2 years’ + previous estate agency sales and valuing experience as a Senior Negotiator/Valuer to step up into an Assistant Manager position.

The ideal candidate must be sales focused and a strong team player, as the role will involve managing 2 other Negotiators. You must have excellent communication skills, be organised, and motivated.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

Salary package and benefits for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager position include:

Basic £25,000 – £30,000
OTE £50,000 +
Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager will entail:

Managing a team of 2 Negotiators
Meeting with clients
Carry out valuations
Carry out viewings of the properties
Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller
Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
Promoting properties via different mediums
Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
Overachieve targets

The skills needed for this Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager position will include:

Have 2 years + previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer within the property industry
Valuing experience
Must have a full understanding of the sales process
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Be target driven
Be well spoken and presented
Possess excellent communication skills
Also have outstanding organisational skills
Be able to inspire and lead others
Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
