Sales Manager – Solihull

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join a well-established estate agency based in their Solihull office. This role is ideal for a mature, focused, and professional individual with a proven track record in estate agency sales and team management.

Role Overview:

Head up the sales team, supporting and leading them to achieve and exceed targets.
Work alongside a highly capable valuer already in the office.
Primarily office-based with the occasional viewing or vendor visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
Drive sales performance and meet monthly invoicing targets.
Oversee day-to-day operations within the sales department.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism are maintained.
Maintain excellent organisation and administration standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience within estate agency sales, ideally at management level.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent administrative skills.
Mature, focused, and professional approach.
Confident leader with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Working Hours

Five days a week, including every other Saturday (ideally).
