We specialise in residential sales and lettings, offering a full-service approach that combines deep local market knowledge with exceptional client care. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced and driven Estate Agent – Valuer & Sales Negotiator to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate market appraisals and valuations for residential properties
Offer specialist guidance on optimal pricing and marketing approaches
Secure new listings through trust-building and strong consultation
Manage property viewings while delivering informed advice to both buyers and vendors
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity within the CRM system
Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth and timely sales or lettings process
Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, local engagement, and lead follow-up.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activity within the area
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency (valuations essential)
Strong record of winning instructions and progressing sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Strong knowledge of Luton and the surrounding areas is desirable
Lettings experience is a bonus, but not required
