Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, telephone outreach, and valuations
Conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and manage sales progression
Lead and support the office team to ensure smooth daily operations

Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced estate agent with a strong background in residential sales (3-5+ years preferred)
Confident managing both clients and a small team
Strong organisational and communication skills
Professional, personable, and detail-oriented
Able to work autonomously and take initiative
Proficient with estate agency software and systems
