Estate Agent – Commercial Property Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager for our Estate Agency client in Beaconsfield.

You must have previous commercial property management experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits for this role of Commercial Property Manager:

Basic £35,000
Car allowance
Monday to Friday – 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Commercial Property Manager include:

Liaising with commercial tenants
Managing multi-tenanted commercial buildings
Managing repairs and maintenance of buildings through the provision of service charges
Manage compliance
Build a strong working relationship with commercial tenants

Key Skills for the role of Commercial Property Manager include:

Previous commercial property management experience
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
Able to work to deadlines
Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
