What You’ll Do

As a Property Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

Sourcing clients through warm calling, marketing, and business development

Staying current on real estate trends, laws, and market dynamics

Conducting property valuations and advising clients accordingly

Arranging and attending property viewings

Managing a pipeline through accurate record keeping and CRM updates

Assisting clients with strategies to improve property value

Negotiating offers and closing deals on behalf of clients

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service and communication abilities

High level of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail

A proactive, confident, and client-first approach

Commitment to staying up to date with market trends and property regulations

Minimum Requirements

Education certificate (GCSE level or higher)

Valid driving license

At least six months of financial savings to support relocation

Available to relocate immediately
