The ideal candidate

A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent. Those without an education degree must have a Teaching License or PGCE. (Master’s Degree may be preferred)
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Diploma in Teaching for those with a non-education degree.
A teaching licence or certification from a recognised authority (e.g., QTS in the UK, Teaching License in the US, TRB in Australia).
Proven experience as an English teacher.
A strong understanding of the IGCSE English curriculum.
IB, Cambridge, or other curriculum-specific certifications is preferred.
At least 1–3 years of teaching experience is required.
Experience with IPC, Cambridge (UK based) and IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment methods.
Ability to incorporate technology and 21st-century learning strategies.
