The Role

We’re looking for a Marketplace Executive to work closely with the Marketplace Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activity of our online sales platforms. This role is key to ensuring product visibility, smooth operations, and sustained revenue growth across our marketplaces.

What You’ll Do

Manage and update product listings across leading eCommerce platforms
Upload and optimise content including product titles, imagery, descriptions, and keywords
Track stock levels, monitor pricing, and set up promotions
Review sales and performance data, recommending improvements where needed
Assist with paid advertising campaigns and performance reports
Liaise with customer service and fulfilment teams to guarantee efficient order processing
Carry out competitor research and monitor market trends
Uphold brand guidelines and ensure accuracy across all online channels
Provide administrative and reporting support to the Marketplace Manager

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in eCommerce, online retail, or digital marketing (marketplace knowledge desirable)
Familiarity with marketplace management tools or seller platforms
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, especially for reporting and analysis
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach with excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm for eCommerce and an interest in industry trends
