Our client, a global blue-chip company, is looking for Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager.

[Purpose of the Job]

The ‘Conversational Commerce’ & ‘Live Commerce’ Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering the company’s GTM campaigns across its European subsidiaries and includes our Mobile, Digital Appliances and Visual Display product lines.

You will lead the European ePromoter & Live Commerce GTM strategy and implementation of customer and agent facing messages. The strategy is designed to maximize engagements across Social Media/Apps/ Web Chat.

This role will lead the planning and delivery of a variety of campaigns, leading a team of merchandisers and working closely with EHQ subs to ensure the customer and operational facing guidance is followed and executed.

As a ‘GTM expert’, covering an emerging broadcast channel and an established chat channel you will be the voice of both the customer and agent across the business. Working closely with product leads, reporting and CRM teams, the countries to maximise engagement and meaningful conversations.

This GTM role will drive sales and customer engagement through best-in-class chat and live commerce experiences—delivering the right message, at the right time, to the right customer. You’ll ensure every ‘sales’ chat interaction is a ‘meaningful’ one.

[Key Accountabilities]
(1) Chat

Drive sales & engagement: Deliver high-impact chat messaging for key products, increasing conversion and average order value.
Optimise chat toolkits: Build and refine messaging playbooks to boost upsell/cross-sell success.
Boost proactive engagement: Partner with Merchandising, Sprinklr & CRM teams to enhance automated and triggered chat communications.
Execute launch campaigns: Ensure chat content aligns with flagship product launches to hit sales targets.
Analyse & optimize: Track KPIs (chat rates, conversion, AOV), run tests, and deliver actionable insights.
Improve customer insights: Conduct VoC analysis, mystery shopping, and performance audits to refine strategies.

(2) Live Commerce

Pilot Owner: Lead day-to-day delivery of Live Commerce pilots and activations
Content: Manage the LiveCommerce content & event calendar
Formats: Lead the development of pilot frameworks – including format types, success criteria, and localisation strategies
Research: Conduct desk research, competitive tracking, and idea validation
Playbook: Maintain a central LiveCommerce playbook, consolidating learnings into guidelines to support market roll-out and consistency
Analyse & Optimise: Post event analysis highlighting commercial outcomes

[Requirements]
• 3+ years in a digital marketing/sales role

• 3+ years in sales-driven chat roles, working with leading platforms (e.g, LivePerson, Sprinklr, Zendesk, Intercom).

• Digital Native – everything you do is digital first

• Data driven mindset – expert in interpreting data

• Creative mindset – ability to develop messaging/copy writing

• Gravitas – An ability to connect with people, using a range of influence skills to inspire and get results

• Critical thinking and pragmatic/focused approach to delivery

• Curious about consumer behaviors and psychology of buying

[Conditions]
(1) Job type: 12 Month Contract (subject to be extended)

(2) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)

(3) Working hours: Mon~Fri & 9am~5:30pm (some overtime may be required for emergencies and projects)

(4) Hybrid: 2 days work from home (after successful probation)

(5) Basic annual salary: Up to 45K (depending upon experience)

(6) Discretionary performance based bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance (following successful completion of probation period)

(7) 25 days’ annual leave + Bank Holidays
