We’re working with a UKAS-accredited consultancy that’s on the lookout for a Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their growing East Midlands operation. This is your chance to work across a varied project portfolio, from domestic properties to major commercial sites – where no two days are the same.

?? What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
Performing air monitoring and four-stage clearance in compliance with HSG248
Preparing accurate, detailed reports using specialist software
Liaising with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
Maintaining high health & safety standards and adhering to all compliance protocols

�? What We’re Looking For

BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)
Experience working across both commercial and domestic environments
Strong knowledge of UKAS procedures and asbestos legislation
Proactive and professional approach with excellent communication skills
A full UK driving licence is essential
