Our client, a unique third sector organisation, are looking for a Document Controller to assist their busy and friendly team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
As a Document Controller you will be responsible for the integrity, accessibililty and compliance of customer records; ensuring the stored data is complete and meets GDPR and internal regulations. Duties include:
Converting, indexing and storing physical documents as accessible electronic documentation.
Ensuring the right documents are accessible by the right users with the right information
Implementing document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with data policy and regulations.
Inspecting documents to ensure data quality.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in document/record management
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong IT skills
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
This is a fully office-based role, core hours are Monday-Friday, 5am-1pm.
